The Church and Its Vocation Is a wonderful introduction to the teachings of missiologist, Lesslie Newbign.

The Gospel was intended to be transferred to all cultures. We see this in scripture as the disciples are encouraged to take the gospel to “The ends of the earth”. (Acts 1:8) Dean Flemming’s book paints a wonderful picture of how loving the lost involves communicating the gospel in ways that are understandable to them in their cultural context.
